I’m Tamiko K. Warren, a Principal Broker serving the Portland Metro area, including Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas, and Yamhill Counties. With 24 years of real estate experience, I bring a strategic, education-first approach to every client I serve. As the Owner of TK Real Estate Group, brokered by REAL Broker, LLC, I combine local market expertise with strong negotiation skills and proven systems designed to deliver results.
Before real estate leadership, I owned a family BBQ restaurant where connection and community were everything. I even built a kids’ playroom so parents could enjoy meaningful time together while their children played freely. That experience shaped how I view business today—real estate isn’t just about property, it’s about families, goals, and creating space for life to happen. I understand that buying or selling a home is deeply personal, and I treat it that way.
One of my favorite aspects of real estate is education. I believe confident decisions start with clarity. I help clients identify their goals first, then build a structured strategy to get there.
